Solution
I just built this pc yesterday.
I the 980ti has been working fine in my old 6700k set up.
My psu is semi modular.
This is a fresh install of windows 10.

EVGA 1000Watt GQ semi modular gold power supply.

The PC Completely boots. I’m currently using integrated graphics on the cpu.

Thanks for the update. When you disable the onboard iGPU on your 10900, (Intel UHD Graphics 630) your PC won't post? Do you have the HDMI or DP plugged into your 980 going to your monitor? You've switched back & forth the source on your monitor to the plug you have coming out of your 980 correct? Some will auto detect and switch & some monitors/TV's you have to manually set.

Hi @Gabbybunbun

1st off, welcome to the forums. :)

2nd, like @dimtodim mentioned, is this a new install of the OS? If so, you'll need to allow Windows to update 1st to 1903 before it'll allow you to install the drivers.

Does the PC post? (boot to your desktop) or just gives you a blank screen when you power it on?

Did this just suddenly happen or after an upgrade?

Whats the make & model of the PSU?

Have you tried the 980 in another PC to verify it works or another GPU in yours to make sure the PCIe slot isn't bad?

Obviously all power cables are correctly installed and connected? Is your PSU modular? MAke sure the cable to the 980 is installed in the correct slot into your PSU.

A little more info please and again welcome!

Install chipset drivers. You may have forgotten about them.
