Question Gpu not showing anything

Hello
I am an amateur that Just built his First PC on a budget of ABOUT 500€
Some parts were used and some werent, i will specify later
SO basically my rx 570 8g asus rog strix doesn’t show anything at all,
but my integrated graphics Card does
Ive installed IT correctly, the 6+2 PCIe cable is in its place
It is blinking the red rog logo, dont know if it should be a different color

Here Are the specs:

CPU- intel i5 6600k 3.5 GHz NEW
CPU cooler-aerocool gammaxx 200t NEW
Motherboard-asus h110m-r POTENTIALLY USED NOT SURE
DIMM-G. Skill 2x8gb ddr4 2400MHz (motherboard limit is 2133MHz) USED
SSD-Samsung evo 840 250gb USED
Case-Coolermaster masterbox q500l USED
GPU-rx 570 8gb asus rog strix USED
PSU-EVGA BR 650w

There is also a 1 terabyte HDD 2.5
And 3 fans from some offbrands that go at ABOUT 1000rpm and Are connected by Molex

So, everything works fine as long as you're running on integrated graphics?

If so, do you have anyone who can test the GPU? I'd suspect a bad GPU if this is the case.

Hello, i sadly dont, but ive tried a couple of things,
resetting cmos, uninstall integrated graphics, and now im going to update my bios
