Question GPU Not Showing Connected in Device Manager

I just finished building my new pc. My bios is set to use the pci port to boot display. However, when I check my device management it does not show my gpu. I even verified that the GPU was working by disconnecting it and having no display. I have tried installing the new drivers, but it says no NVIDIA Card found. What am I doing wrong/how can I fix it?

if the monitor is connect to the gpu and not the motherboard, it using the gpu.

make and model of the psu?
latest bios and chipset driver?
