[SOLVED] GPU not showing up in Task Manager ?

GPU is not showing up in task manager, Geforce Experience uninstalled itself as well as uninstalling the Nvidia control panel. I have a 1660 super.

full system spec? include brand and model of the psu
reinstall the nvidia driver?

Reinstall your graphics driver, downloaded directly from nvidia.
I also would pick a custom install, omitting 3d, sound, and nvidia experience.
Do driver updates yourself only when you think there is an issue.
