Question GPU not working after power off the pc

Hi! Today im have a problem, my gpu HD 7750 GIGABYTE not working after turning off the pc,

Im turned off pc using a Power sw in my case, them pc power off, im power on, the gpu not working and nothing is displayed

but im connected the gpu in #2 slot in my motherboard Pciexpress x4 (but x16) the gpu is working

help me pls
