Question Gpu not working

Hi. I need Help!!!!

My GPU model is: NVIDIA GTX 1060

after updating nvidia driver to latest 526.98 version recently my gpu softwares not working.. during update installation the driver installing option still shows even after completing driver update. and in the DEVICE MANAGER tab the display show my gpu model but with an YELLOW sign on it.. i disabled it and enabled it again but still the same showing.. Gpu is working but drivers not working i guess because i dont have any integrated graphics and my monitor still works with cable from the GPU.. I checked the TASK MANAGER in the PERFORMANCE tab.. but there is no GPU showing.. i tried to clean reinstall again the GPU with DDU uninstaller but still the same happens when installing the GPU again.. I updated all my drivers to latest versions... I have downloaded older drivers and it does not fix the issue. Also for the last option i cleaned installed my windows 10 again.. but again the same happening when i install my GPU driver update softwares.. why is this happening?? is anyone facing the same like me?? .. please help me..

Weirdly no. It shows up in device manager with no errors. it says "this device is working properly"

could you test this gpu in another system seams defective since you could not instaal the driver that why you have yellow question mark in manager .

I do not have another system unfortunately

do you have a friend that could test gpu in is system and try to install driver if yellow triangle still show gpu is defective .
