That said, many individuals like you and me will sell a graphics card to recover funds for a graphics card upgrade.
If you buy used, you may get a fair deal; know your prices.
Anyone selling new will need to make a profit and possibly much more.

Know your seller. If an individual has good feedback and has a reasonable selling record you are probably safe.

Ebay will side with the buyer in case of a dispute.
Pay only with paypal and communicate only via ebay email.
 


That's because New cards on Ebay are from Retailers, Newegg and Best Buy for example both sell on Ebay. You can however find decent deals if your patient and watch the auctions. Between Ebay and Reddit Hardware swap you can still find GPU's somewhat near MSRP but you have to be patient and willing to stay up and watch the auctions.
