Hlo guys I would like to know whether there is a way to change or add graphic card ,External gpu to my lenovo M900 tiny

There appears to be no option to add one internally, for sure. What are you trying to accomplish with this rig that it can't do now?

Even it has a thunderbolt port to connect to an external gpu housing by the time you buy the GPU and the external housing you’d most likely be better off building an entire PC. For one thing external GPU’s are a good bit slower than they would in a desktop. So you could save money by getting something like a 1060 desktop vs a 1070 external gpu and still have about the same performance.
