Now, i realise that in retrospec i kinda shot myself in the foot by choosing the route i did. I built the machine in 2015, so ryzen wasnt even a dream, so please not too much hate :v

So i want to upgrade either my CPU,Mobo, and ram due to FM2+ being dead, or my gpu. Can i get some advice on cpu setups? I have a budget of 400 to 500 dollars. The gpu im looking at is the gtx 1060 but i am more than willing to take reccomendations. Also i will need a cooler if i go with AM4 socket.
Specs:

CPU: A10 7700k
Mobo: gigabyte fm2a68h-h
Ram: 2 x 4gb ddr3 1600mhz
GPU: RX 460 2gb OC @ 1300mhz
PSU: 550w
Storage: 2tb sshd, 250gb ssd

Sorry if i did anything wrong, this is my first forum post. 😛
Also my currency is CAD.

Sorry, not sure how to reply to you guys. I was just wondering if yoy guys had any cooler reccomendations if i go for am4. Also is the motherboard that black bird posted good for OC ing?

Thanks!

The stock AMD Wraith cooler is sufficient enough for a decent overclock, also welcome to the forum.
