Ok so i have a pc issue and i can't really figure it out.
It started with some artifacts. like constantly, which after a day caused my pc to crash.
When i started the pc up, it would not load past windows start up. It said there was a start up error.
I tried everything but nothing worked. So decided to try a reset through the startup troubleshooter.
Again this did nothing so i decided to crack open the case and notice one the gpu fans wasn't turning. I know some come on at certain temperatures.
I removed it anyway to test. My pc did eventually turn on (although slow).
My question is can i put all this down to needed a new GPU or are there potentially other issues ?
Would the GPU have cause a bad startup repair ?
