GPU overclocking questions

So I've been contemplating recently on further overclocking (my system has a small overclock already from OC Genie) and decided to download some stress tests to see what temps I'm getting. I noticed that the highest temperature I can get my GPU to is 65 degrees C at a 100% load. I also noticed that right at the beginning of the stress tests, the temperature jumps from the idle temp (45-55 degrees) straight up to 65 degrees and just stays there for the remainder of the stress test, is this normal?

I've seen GPU temps rise quickly on aircooling during stresstests and heavy load. I'd say its normal. Depending on GPU model, 65C is fine. Usually modern higher end GPUs on reference designs are in the low 80C range.
