gpu overheating 95c

im [very] scared i broke my gpu cause i was playing some cs then i noticed igot frame drops and i notces my gtx 1070 was 95 degreas i exedenldy turned off fans in afterburner my case smels like its burned normaly when i play cs the card never goes up 50 now it is alwys around 60 c should i be scared

Might be worth taking your card out and inspecting it for damage (ie burn spots, discoloration , etc). If you find nothing your probably ok. You may have shortened the lifespan of your card, maybe not. But if everything works ok and the temps are better, though I see hey are 10C higher then before, your likely ok.

I had my gtx580 sitting at 105 a few times because of afterburner issues, no problems noted, is the fan profile the same, or different now that you've restarted them.
