Question GPU Overheating And Fan Problem

Hi, my Sapphire R9 280X Tri-X OC 3GB GDDR5 384-Bit have some problems. It's fans are stopping working while gaming and it's cause overheating and throttling 1100 MHz to 500 MHz and it's causing serious performance loss. While this happening fans are stopped working and there's a red light appears on the card itself. Sometimes, fans are starting working while gaming.

I've searched and asked a lot people and websites, but i don't find any clue to fix this, even can't find something like this.

How to fix this? What should i do? Thanks.

You might need to get working fans and replace the old ones.
