The paint looks like it's on the outside is the paint in the inside as well ?
Also 1050ti temps are very normal 55 is considered very good under load so you have nothing to worry about.
if the paint is not on any component then you have nothing to worry about
Get a ear bud and dip it in alcohol and gently rub the paint with it make sure no residue of the cotton is left.
After cleaning all the paint make sure your motherboard is completely dry.
Put a fan near the case so it gets dry completely and don't power it on unless you are 110% sure its dry leave it for 2 days to rule out any risk.
