[SOLVED] GPU PCB Scratched

My GPU has been scratched and will not boot with atifacts as it's trying to boot to windows. This is what the scratch looks like

Is this able to be fixed? Surely there's a way as everything else on the PCB works. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Yea... that is not something you can fix most likely...
And the cost of fixing that will most likely cost more than a brand new GPU...
