I bought a desktop yesterday, with a Gigabyte B360M D3H motherboard and Gigabyte GT 1030 2 GB GPU. Which is inserted into the PCIe x16 (Top pcie port). But i can see in system info that my GPU's PCI Bus is x4. Can anyone please explain this ?

My Build:

G-Skill Ripjaws v 2400 1*8 GB,
