GPU Performance Hierarchy: Video Cards Ranked

The prices are outdated. Lots of cards are out of stock, the offers expired, and the RTX 2070 has the same price than the RTX 2080.

On this chart, I updated the prices. I added the RTX 2060, but because Tomshardware has not added the card to the list, I used the same performance than the 1070 Ti.
I also added the Radeon VII, used the performance of the 1080 Ti, but because the card is out of stock everywhere, I used the prices listed in PCpartpicker.

I avoided to use the absolute best price available, because they were temporary offers. So I used the lowest prices widely available.

An important conclusion is that the Rx 580 and the RTX 2070 are the sweet spots, for mid range and upper range performance.
