Question GPU performance/temps extremely low

CPU: i3-8100
GPU: 1050ti
RAM: 2x4 DDR4
Mobo: B360M DS3H
PSU: 650W

My gpu recently has been consistently low performance during gaming. It is usually only at about 58 degrees and around 50% usage. This causes my fps to be at about 100-70, but before this i would be getting around 140fps consistently. I even noticed today at one point the GPU temp dropped all the way down to 45 degrees while gaming. (only game i really play much is overwatch)

Might be that your power supply is failing and that the GPU isn't getting power to run it. Can you check the CPU and GPU utilization while playing the games. You can use the MSI afterburner to check the utilization.

the usage for the cpu is usually fine at about 90%. the gpu usage when running well is also around 90%-100%. but when running poorly it is only around 50% usage

will you do some stress test on the graphics card? just to see why it slumps down. I want to see better indepth what is going on.

would you want me to turn on other on screen displays with afterburner? i just have cpu and gpu usage and temp

i also noticed that my usage is fine when im in a less demanding scenario. like if im sitting in a game all alone my usage for both my gpu and cpu will be 100% and they will be 70 degrees
