Gpu please help

emachine w5243 - mobo , mcp61sm-gm,- 300w psu,- 4 gb ddr2 800,- win7 ultimate 64 bit os, - it has nvidia gforce 6100 nforce 405,- cpu, amd athlon x2 6000+ 3.1 by brisbane okay i do a lot of video burnning and some gamming i watch a lot of hd movies but i would like a card that has an hdmi out for my big screen and a vga for the smaller lcd so i could run both at the same time or is their a better card that will work in this computer than the two shown

the 4670 is better for games I believe, but the 6xxx series does have DX 11. What games do you play?
