[SOLVED] GPU ports not working?

An ex-friend of mine spilled dr. pepper on my pc case and didn't bother telling me. I found this out when my computer randomly shut off, looked inside my case and saw stains on my GPU. Since then, when I try to turn on my pc with the GPU connected, everything sounds and looks fine but nothing shows on my monitor, (not even "no signal"). I should also add that neither my keyboard nor mouse light up like they normally do when the pc is turned on. However, if I instead plug my DVI cable into my motherboard's integrated graphics everything works perfectly fine except for my "total video graphics memory" is 8122MB but my "dedicated video memory" is 0MB. I just got a new CPU, CPU fan, motherboard, and RAM to match the power of my GPU so the only thing in my computer right now that's been in contact with soda is my GPU. Does anyone know how to help me make this work, I can't afford a new GPU.

-none of the ports on my GPU do anything (1 HDMI, 3 DisplayPorts)
-entire GPU glows along with the lights that indicate its plugged in
-tried unplugging and replugging, reinstalling drivers, tried different cables
-took apart GPU and used sterile alcohol prep pads to try and clean it
-tried my old gtx 1050ti and everything worked perfectly fine

GPU: AMD Radeon rx 5700 xt
CPU: Intel Core i7-9700k
OS: Windows 10 Home
