Question Gpu problem

So i had gtx 750 ti for 2 years and today my computer started beeping every 30 seconds or so on boot. The monitor doesn't show anything, and my mouse and keyboard don't turn on until after 30 seconds when the first beep occurs (they usually turn on after a couple of seconds during POST). When I press the power button, it turns off immediately.
I tried another a bit older gpu and everything works fine, does anyone know what could be the problem in this case?

What are your FULL PC specs ? How long/short is the beep sound ? Is there any pattern ?

My pc specs are: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500 CPU 3.30Ghz
MSI Geforce GTX 750 Ti 2GB
6GB DDR3 RAM(i had 8 but yesterday i discovered taht i had faulty ram that fucked up my pc)
HP Compaq 8200 Elite motherboard (i guess)
and my PSU is 320W dps-320nb-1 a(i know 320 is not much but it worked fine for 2 years, and i doubt it is psu problem since i have same one and i tried it out and it works)

Beeps are fairly short don and they occur every 30secs, everything inside pc is working and every fan is spinning including gpu fans.
