Question Gpu ramdonly getting low perforance

Mobo: Msi B450 pro M2
Cpu: Ryzen 5 2600
Gpu: Msi gtx 1060 6gb gaming x
PSU: Masterwatt 650 watt semi modular
Ram: 8gb corsair vengance
Hard Drive: 1tb barracuda
I recently got this setup about 6 months ago and it was performing great! I was getting good fps on all games and I overclocked my gpu to get even better frames. I could get 80+ frames on high settings on most games. One day I moved my pc from my living room to my bedroom. Then that day I saw a huge dip in my pc's performance. On all games I was getting 80+ fps high settings on most games to 40 fps on low settings on those same games. Before I would normally have afterburner open just to peek over at temps just to see how everything was doing. The highest temps I saw on my gpu were 50 celsuis now the highest they go are 40 celsuis. I was wondering if anybody had any recommendations. What are the cpu temperatures? My first thought is the cpu cooler has become dislodged in the move.

I also noticed that the temps when I was on my desktop with no applications open besides discord was 95 celsius which I dont know if that is normal or not but seems high af lol

That’s dangerously high and the cpu will be throttling to protect itself. A loose/malfunctioning cpu cooler seems likely.
