Question Gpu red light

Yesterday I was adjusting some rear fans that I bought, and to do so I took out my graphics card. I didn't realize that the PC was with the switch on (the switch, not the PC), which is why the red light appeared on the GPU. Then, I was a little paranoid, and when I installed it again, I moved the cable a little to test, and the red light appeared. My question is the following: Is it normal to move the GPU connector cable, and for the red light to appear, or does it mean that the cable is bad? I attach video

Have you tried reseating GPU again and also in another PCI slot and check cables and such. Could be that GPU is not getting enough power. Or maybe you messed about with cable and somehow broken it maybe try replace that wire as last resort
