Question GPU-related crashes on laptop ?

Hi everyone, i recently bought a Gigabyte G7 MF Gaming Laptop and I constantly get GPU crashes, especially when trying to play Dead by Daylight. The issue I'm encountering is:

" DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED "

I tried forcing dx11 and dx12 but that doesn't seem to work. Sometimes streaming games on discord causes GPU driver to crash. I tried reinstalling drivers, editing registries, updating bios... Guys at technical support from the store told me that everything is ok, and changed the thermal paste. Also, I bought a cooling pad in case the GPU was overheating. I don't know what to do anymore, please help. Thanks for the answers in advance.
