Question Gpu right fan spins under 60C

So i have Msi gtx 1660 ti gaming x fans shouldn't spin under 60C right?When i play league of legends only right fan spins left fan doesn't spin and temps is 50c so i that normal ? even after closing the game it keep spining until i restart my pc or use msi afterburner.This happend only when i am playing league of legends other games no

Does it turn on and run at full speed or something?

Strange that it only happens in LoL. My guess is that its a driver bug. I wouldn't worry about it.

Not at full speed it barley spin ,Yeah i tried many games but that's happend only in lol my gpu usage while playing it is 20-25% temps 50C
