Question GPU running at 100% about a quarter of the time in starfield what effect will upgrading the CPU have

Currently I am running a 5800x3d with a RX 7900 XT GPU. When playing starfield maybe 25% of the time the GPU is running at 100%. There are times when the CPU also runs at 100%. The question is if I upgrade to a 7800x3d and keep the same GPU will the GPU run at 100% even more than it does now or less?

What sort of frames are you seeing in Starfield? Monitor resolution and in-game details?

it depends like at the load screen s and other static parts it can run as high as 150 FPS
In a high detail with action i usually run at `60 FPS
