Whenever I've tried playing games for the last little while I've been getting the same problem non-stop, most of the time it's from intensive games, or such. The problem is that after a few minutes within the games the games, as well as my GPU crash, it gives me the error of "Application Has Been Blocked from Accessing Graphics Software." I've tried a lot of the solutions that others have posted, from using DDU to remove all drivers for my GPU and reinstalling it, to simply trying to replug everything in to make sure they're snugly fit, I've also tried reapplying the thermal paste. It's happened before, but that time it was simply a power cord not being in as tight as it should have been. This problem began relatively recently, and I'd like it get it sorted out without having to purchase another new GPU. Anything additional information that you might need to help me sort this problem you can ask and I'll post it.

These are my system specs. http://prntscr.com/fgerzw

Games that this has happened in: Overwatch, Rise of the Tomb Raider, PUBG. The Surge, Furmark

Game that this hasn't happened in: League of Legends

Attempted solutions: Cleaning and clearing out the graphics card as well as reseating it, replacing the thermal paste on both CPU and GPU, completely reinstalling windows (Have not tried a lower version of windows, such as windows 8 yet, I rather like windows 10 and would like to stick with it if possible), formatting and resetting both of my drives, replacing and reseating the ram sticks, used DDU to clean and clear drivers for the graphics card, as well as changing the power cord of the graphics card.

Anything and everything that could be of help is well appreciated! Thanks in advance.

I've replaced the thermal paste, yes, and the temperatures that I've been getting have been ranging from 45-50 while not under any type of load, and around 60-65 while gaming, depending on the time of day.
