Solution
Ok, sorry for misunderstanding.
On first picture, you can see power pins and row of capacitors 820u - 2v5. All this part is power circuitry for your card. You need to find markings on these chips, google it to see what they are. On data sheet you'll find pin out. Basically it's in, out and gnd. With multimeter you will test it for short circuit.

no.. couldn't find anyone on my area who were able to fix it... funny enough finally tomorrow ill be able to pick up a new (used) graphic card, wont be as powerful as the GTX 560 hawk but will get the job done ;/ very sad but when this happens is very rare to manage to fix it.
You can try find some friend or some1 who knows electronics and try to find the shorted component with a tester device, if you manage to do it I did read somewhere else that by removing the component the card will work. Sadly I couldn't find it myself but maybe u get more lucky then me.

Good luck and I hope you manage to fix it! but if I was you I would start saving up for a new card~ 🙁

well, thats a shame, did you try to found the problem with a multimeter? i still figuring out what componet of the pcb are defective and making the psu go to ground, with a little of hard work i think im gonna find it, i didn't try using another psu or trying the vga in an other system yet, maybe in this week... keep trying to fix your vga dont give up! if it's a short circuit i think it's possible to make it back to life! and you have nothing to lose.

Yeah, ill keep trying to fix it but it's stupid hard to find it. Check out this vid:

and that channel overall it's pretty good, might help you to get an idea, is not gpu but it is related.

Good luck and don't do anything like removing components before trying ur card on another system ok? you need to try out ur graphic card in another computer before do anything, try take it to some tech guy and not on a friends/family house as a shorted pc component could bring problems to other stuff within the pc itself... a tech guy will have stuff to test out the card without having to worry about damaging anything else in the process.
OH also if u dunno how to force the start of a PSU it's pretty easy just look it up on youtube you only need to put a paper clip between black and green and it will start alone. By doing that u can connect it to the video card without having to put the video card into any system, IF the psu shuts down instantly you will have confirm that is on short (make sure to test out one 6 pin connector at time don't put them both at the same time)

GOOD LUCK! let us know if u manage to fix it :)

well then it's defenitly in short ill already do that and only turn on when i conect the second pci-e 6 pins, when i conect the 8 pins pci-e, the psu dont start... it's really anoying try to find the problem xD but it has to be a mosfet.. i need to get an other multimeter cuz mines dont beep.. well we have work to do! 😀 hahahaha
