Question GPU stops giving display signal ?

Hello, my GPU just stops giving any signal after I launch any game. I tested the GPU using amd stress test for 5minutes and it completed successfully and after that as soon as I launched Dark souls 3 which I have played countless hours on my PC on the same GPU gave me a black screen and keyboard and mouse also stopped working but I can hear the audio I only use this pc for a few games and now it just won't let me play I had my friend over so we switched GPUs to test for any issues he has a rx560 and I have an rx 580 and there were no issues at all we both played dark souls and when I switched back my issue also disappeared but after a week it came back again
Also I have no integrated graphics

CPU - i7 860 2.8ghz
RAM - 16gb ddr3 1600mhz
GPU - Sapphire RX580 Nitro+ 4gb
PSU - CX430M
Board - GAP55AUD4P revision1

Temperatures are below 50c I have repasted the GPU aswell

Sounds a lot like a PSU issue; this is a very junky PSU.

True but I have used much power hungry GPU in the past using this PSU. Could it be processor related? I replaced it with another one and it's been almost an hour of playing and no crashes
