Problem: Gpu stuck at PCIe x1 3.0 with render test on and sometimes the screen turns off

MB: Asus Prime B450m-k
CPU: Ryzen 5 3400g with Vega 11
GPU: GTX 1650 4Gb tuf gaming
RAM: 1x8Gb Crucial 3200Mhz
PSU: 450W
and 2 SSD 1 HDD

The Gpu stuck at PCIe x1 3.0 with render test on and sometimes the screen turns off (not the PC (no display)) just when starting pc or opening Firefox and doesn't turns off when benchmarking the GPU as you can see in the photos below.
And when i switch the display to the Motherboard's VGA (unplug it from the GPU) the GPU PCIe speed reachs to x8 3.0 and the windows sometimes crashes and shows bluescreen (BSOD) when opening to many programs or tasks.
The PCIe slot is clean and the MB is brand new also the GPUam and i searched for pcie option in the MB's Bios but i didn't find any.
I hope you understood me and i hope you can help me find a solution for it. Tnx.https://ibb.co/0ZKFxPY

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

PSU: 450W
450W is the advertised wattage of the unit. What is the make and model of the unit?

You might want to run DDU, remove all GPU drivers(Intel, AMD and Nvidia) in Safe Mode, then manually reinstall the latest GPU driver sourced from Nvidia's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
