gpu stucks at 405mhz

I have upgraded my gtx 770 to an Evga gtx 980 ti FTW (06G-P4-4996-KR) . But, I have seen that both core and memory clocks stuck at 405mhz. Plus, my display has a 144hz refresh rate and the only options settable are the 59 and 60hz. I've tried to uninstall all the NVIDIA drivers and reinstall them, but the problem persists.

Do someone has a solution?

are you using hdmi or dvi cable? is it still stuck at 405mhz during gpu load?
