Question GPU stuttering and usage drops in Elden Ring

Hello, so i've got a problem with the game or with my GPU. currently gpu RX 580G 4G model. Problem is I do sometimes get frame drops like just riding or chilling, GPU workload drops time to time from 100 to 50 to 9 and get back to 100, i'm sure that in AMD adrenalin i have tuned off V-sync, but at that moment when gpu workload drops, i get massive frame drop, any tips what should i do? or what is causing this? GPU temp when playing 60c-75c.
