Hi guys i am going to build a PC with i3-6100 or i5-6500.......... and i dont have much of a budget at the moment so should i buy a 750 Ti rn......... or wait for sometime to go for a better one...... i mean are the on board graphics of the above CPUs good enough to run games on a 1600x900 monitor.......

Solution
Expensive there and hard to find a good selection. I'm biased as I own the EVGA GTX 950 FTW - I brought it 11 months ago when it first came out for $179.99 USD, it now routinely sells for as low as $129.99 USD in the US and have been very happy with it playing older games at 1080p on my 27" monitor. The newest game I play is from 2013, so I really can't tell you how it does on new games. On older games its flawless.

The 960 4GB is the best choice for 1080p, search for reviews of the 950 and you will see places like tomshardware comparing it to the 960 so you can get an idea of how much more powerful the 960 is.

If you have more questions don't hesitate to ask, I'm happy to provide as many answers as I can.
No I don't think integrated graphics from the skylake CPU's is good enough for gaming at 1600x900, the 750ti and the 950 if you can find it on sale are your best bets. As a bonus the NVidia GTX 950 can also handle 1080p should you decide to update your monitor in the near future.

I dont really want to spend much money ............ so is there a drastic difference between 750ti/950/960

Also i m not a hardcore gamer......

There is about a $20.00 USD price difference between the 750ti and the GTX 950. Both should work fine at 1600x900, the GTX 950 was designed to give playable frame rates at 1080p and would be much more capable at that resolution then the 750ti. If money is an issue and you don't plan to upgrade to 1080p then go ahead and get the 750ti - its a good buy for your use case.

What about 960??

The least expensive NVidia GTX 960 is $149.99, about $20.00 more then the least expensive NVidia GTX 950.

I know i m asking too many questions.......... but what i meant was .......... does 960 prove its worth or it is better to go with a 950 instead.......... also i live in india so PC parts are in general expensive here

Thanks............ i might delay this build to 3 - 4 months i guess ........... i will consider 960 or the future release GTX 1050(i hope it doesnt turnout to be expensive as its a successor to 950).........going to build an i3-6100 or i5-6500 based build.........

About 40k-45k Indian rupees as of now but.............. i can build a PC without a GPU for now (not a hardcore gamer) and wait for sometime and later buy a better GPU and i read somewhere that onboard graphics of new skylake processors are good enough to run games like CS:GO ........... so getting a GPU is not like a top priority in fact my current PC sucks and doesnot have a GPU but i m still happy with playing CS 1.6, Fifa 14 and other such games......... i need a powerful processor and kinda future proof motherboard more than i require a GPU because i produce music and that requires a good CPU

yess..........and still if the prices are high by the time i actually look for the parts i might just go for 750 Ti cuz as i already said i m not going to upgrade my 1600*900 monitor........and i think it can handle all the current titles at high settings on that resolution.....
