gpu temps are high

i just finished putting my computer together and have msi afternurner so i can check everything while gaming. my gpu temps are around 11 Celsius while surfing the web and when i start gaming it jumps up to around 95 celsius. im pretty sure this are way to high so i dont want to play any games right now until i get it solved. Any suggestions?

install msi afterburner and create a new fan profile

go to msi afterburner. Hit settings. Go to fan and check enable user defined software automatic fan control. Click on the little dots to adjust how fast you want your fans to speed up at what temperature. Hope that helps your problem.

well after messsing around with the fan speed and settings i was able to get it to about 65 celsius under 98% load on the gpu while gaming.
