Question GPU temps don't show right in Task Manager ?

Hey good people for some resson my gpu doesnt show the right temps its just show 29C i saw that in the nvida app i got an option to reinstall the drivers i did it and it works but when i turn my pc back on its the same 29c i got an rtx 3070 gigabyte
in hardware info it shows the right temps only on task manger msi after and arous engine its shows 29c always

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

List all attached peripherals.


As for "right temperatures" - how is "right" being determined? What temperature sources and measurements are being compared?

More information needed.

Don't use Task Manager for GPU temps, it's known to be wildly inaccurate.

That is a known issue with driver version 576.02 if your using that then go back a driver version 572.83

OR GO TO 576.26

But as I said, TM is for monitoring processes, not temps.

I'm going off of MSI afterburner also reading wrong.

Unusual that AB would be wrong.

7800x3d rog b650 a gaming psu 850w plat flowerflux nvme samsoung pro 2tb and when i mean right temps it just shows always 29c in afterbruner and task manger even when runing games

Are there any changes in the temperature?

Low at first then increases with game play etc..

Or otherwise varies with system activity and use?
