Gpu temps fine but major fps drops

I was overclocking my gtx 1050 ti and I accidentally put one of the settings to 1000mhz. I didn’t realize and I started playing fortnite. I usually average about 125-160 fps with the settings I play on but now I get around 30 - 40 fps. Please help!

Which utility did you use? Did you already reset the clocks to their default levels?

I used Msi afterburner and after I noticed I put 1000mhz I reset the clocks. I still get the same frame rates.
