Discussion Gpu temps over 90 in my asus tuf fx504 gd laptop

while playing games or during benchmarking my cpu temps are only 60-65 but gpu gtx 1050 temps rises to 90 within 5-10 seconds.
my laptop's both fan are up and running.
so i want to know , is the problem with heap pipe(heat sink) or with the thermal paste.
The laptop is just One year Old
