GPU Throttling at 34°C

[nullexception]

After I messed with afterburner too much, I realised that most games were unplayable at low and were getting about 8 FPS. So I opened furmark to see where the problem is and saw, that the CPU throttles at 34°C

CPU : AMD FX-4350
GPU : Radeon R7 370
Motherboard : ASUS M5A99X EVO R2.0

Edit : This happened after a reboot

Fixed it by reinstalling drivers
