GPU to Motherboard compatibility check.

Hi, I'm looking to buy a new GPU but I'm not sure if it will be compatible with my motherboard. The card that I have in mind is: ASUS Nvidia STRIX GTX 970 OC 4GB GDDR5 Graphics Card

My Motherboard is: ASUS H81M-PLUS
I also have a 750W PSU.

No compatibility problem there. The card will work in any PCIe x16 slot. And PCIe is a backward compatible interface, if that was your other concern.
