I have a acer nitro 5 gaming laptop , specs : Intel core I5-9300h, GTX 1650 , 16gb ram. I used to be able to run games fine but now for some reason games run well for about 15 minutes then performance decreases and games start to stutter due to fps drops. I used user bench and it said my GPU is underperforming by alot but my cpu is fine. I have tried cleaning fans, applying new thermal paste and even resetting my pc. If someone could help me fix the problem it would be greatly appreciated.

Are you keeping track of your temps? Can you post them?

Thermal paste could expire (I've learned the hard way) always use a reliable brand.
But If you are 100% sure that the problem resides on your GPU, could be that your PSU is not delivering the proper amount of power, besides some games (hzfw and gowr for example) suffer from severe memory leaks and after a while they exceed your VRAM causing stutters and fps drops from nowhere
