Question GPU upgrade for around 300€

I would like to upgrade my old 1650 super in my machine, and I need some advice.

My machine specs are:
i7 12700k, ASUS TUF B660M PLUS D4, 32GB G.SKill F4 3600 C18, Pure Power 12 750W, rest is not important I guess(KC3000 + A2000 + P300 3TB disks)
I have Dell 1440p 75Hz, but also and MSI 1080p 100Hz monitors, I needed two for coding and stuff.
  • I live in Serbia, and current prices can be found here.
  • I am closest to buy RX 6700 (non XT) since it is decent and cheap 32.000RSD => ~270€ . (1€ ~117RSD)
  • Intel B570 is 35.500 => 303€, but Intel Arc will have probably driver issues, and I guess will have issues in older games (10+ old)
  • RTX 4060 is over 38.000 => 325+€, RX7600 is exact same price as Arc B570..both have 8GB VRAM.
  • RTX 3060 has similar price as 4060, it is slower but with 12GB VRAM.
  • RX6750 XT new is over budget with 46500 => 400€. I do not know is it justified that price difference between it and regular 6700.
  • RX 7600 XT is 10€ more expensive than RX6750 XT, I think this one is even worse priced.

On used market many 6700 XT can be found for 250 - 300€ but with no warranty at all, RTX3060 and RTX3060ti can be found for a bit less, etc. I would avoid paying that much money for no warranty.
I can add a bit more bucks, and maybe wait few weeks but according to new RTX 5xxx reviews, I don't think that RTX5060 will be very good deal. Maybe RX9xxx series will be good but

I forgot to mention that I only casually play some games.. Far Cry series, GTA's, Assassin's creed series, Forza Horizon, Need For Speed, Red Dead Redemption, I would play new Indiana Jones game also, etc..

What would be best bet at the moment ?

If these are the choices and you don't want to spend over 300, seems like you have a clear choice. If the RX6700 is still actually available to you, seems like the best option to me.

RTX 3060 are typically a bit cheaper than the RTX 4060, so that is kind of sad. They are good compromise between performance and VRAM.

6750 XT would be quite an improvement, but that is why it costs more.

RX 7600 XT is not a good deal, it is the exact same GPU as the RX 7600, just double the VRAM. There aren't very many scenarios where the extra memory makes up for the performance of the GPU.

Stay away from Intel IMO, cross them off your list, they have a lot to prove and haven't been around long enough for GPUs to know how long they will support drivers.

8GB of vram won't cut it, so if skip that.

As said above, 7600 isn't great. It's actually basically a 6700 with more VRAM but still gets crushed by the 3060.

The big question is what resolution will you be gaming at.
Overall the 3060 is the best choice however despite the poop VRAM of the 4060 it might be a viable option.

Intel drivers aren't going away. The same technology is the core of the mobile graphics solutions now.

Alchemist isn't great because the performance for the size of the GPU is terrible. B570 and B580 are more in line with AMDs 6000 die/performance and have superior ray tracing then the 7000 series.

RTX 3060 definitely falls behind the RX7600 and usually the 6600 XT. 6700 should be the superior GPU in almost all cases where 10GB of VRAM isn't exceeded.

B570 can outperform the RTX 4060 depending on the game, but the risk is having one or two games you want to play be incompatible or unplayable, or just have poorer relative performance. The key for this one is to look at benchmarks for the specific games you want to play, if most the titles and game engines do well, then it is a safe choice. Outliers like Starfield and some of these newest game titles (which will probably be addressed) are going to be there.

There are a few games where the RX7600 outperforms the 6600 XT, and a few where the RTX 3060 destroys them both just for one or two features or settings. When you throw DLSS into the mix, it gets harder to pick.

Pure raster, 6700 should win, and that is what you are used to on the GTX 1650.

you may find some xfx 6800 still kicking around there less common but they are still out there.

b580 isn't a bad card its newer and its going to last longer with driver support.

6700 non xt is closer to a ps5 gpu.

The big question is what resolution will you be gaming at.
I will try with 1440p , but since I have 1080p monitor also, if game would be that much demanding I can easily switch to another monitor with few clicks.

Anyway, thanks everyone for suggestions. I will stay away from Intel and RX7600 for now, and check more benchmarks, but for now as I saw, RX6700 is OK for 1440p medium/high in most games.

So, RX6700 stays as the first choice. I don't know how much DLSS can help RTX3060 to keep it up, and it is also expensive. RX6750 XT is 50% more expensive, so I think RX6700 is OK for the price.

Yes, RX6800 can be found for around 300-350€ used, but with no warranty, but I may consider them as well.
