Can I upgrade gpu of my dell inspiron 2320??
if not is there possibility of adding any other gpu externally

An AOI is basically a laptop in a different configuration. Highly unlikely you can change the GPU subsystem.

The external gpu things for laptops are quite expensive, underperforming, and not a good solution.
