GPU Upgrade for gaming

I've decided to upgrade my GPU in two months. Which one would you recommend under 150€? I would like it to last at least 3 years before needing an upgrade if possible of course.

Can you push it to 166? This would be good it should last 3 years at least at 1080p but dont expect to be maxing games out.
