Hello everyone!

I have an intel core i3-6100 CPU, R7 360 GPU, 8 gigs of RAM, thermaltake litepower 450 watt psu. I plan on adding another 8gigs of ram soon & also upgrade the gpu.
Now which gpu would be best for my current rig as I can't upgrade the other stuff rn or in near future.
I normally play games on 720p all low settings. Apex is what I play most.
I get around 30-40 fps on RDR2 720p HU optimised settings.

Solution
That psu isn't that good tbh. So want to get a gpu which isn't power hungry.
Also I'm on a tight budget, so how would 1650s do? How much will it bottleneck?

A 1650 Super is good for 1080p 60 fps in many cases, so it'll definitely serve you well at 720p, even with RDR2 I'm guessing. A regular 1650 is significantly slower (30% I think) and not much cheaper, so I wouldn't buy that for any reason other than it only needs 75 watts of PCIe power. I'd say upgrade your PSU rather than buy a regular 1650.
I'd say nothing more powerful than a GeForce 1660 Super or Radeon 5600XT. Maybe a GeForce 2060 Super.

However, I'm a little skeptical about the PSU. Despite it having 2 PCIe 6+2 pin connectors, everything else about it screams "eeeeeh." So I also suggest saving some money for something better on that front.
