GPU upgrade help!

I'm thinking for upgrading my old Pc.
Which have core 2 quad q8400 cpu.
And I'm thinking to buy RX 460.
I m wondering if there will be bottlenecking issues with this config.

That's a good match. Anything the 460 can't handle, your 8400 will struggle with too. But all the games your core 2 quad can handle will benefit from the 460 at a relatively low cost and low power demand.

So do you think the cpu will get bottlenecked?? I have oc'ed it to 3.1ghz , will that decrease the amount of bottlenecking.
