My specs i7 4820K
GTX 1060 X 6GB
16GB RAM 1600mhz
875w PSU

Im not getting the performance I should be getting, I have tried uninstalling old drivers with DDU and installing newest drivers, didnt work. I have no idea what to try next to solve the issue

oh 😀, I have always had that set to high performance
do you think it will be fixed after a new driver comes out or its going to take longer time ?

Oh, well disregard then, my bad. As long as minimum processor state is set to 100%, so basically your turbo should be on non-stop.

Hard to say; people have been complaining about it for quite a while now. You should give the Nvidia "prefer maximum performance" a go and see if that actually helps at all.

I have the high performance set through the nvidia control panel for each every game individually becasue when i turn off the game the gpu keeps on going on full performance

will try that tommorow right away :) thank you man you have helped me a lot today

after i revert the driver will update this post if it helped or not

You may have to look on your GPU manufacturer's website to find a pre-372 driver, not sure.

I think there is also option on the Nvidia site too I will take a look at that

Okay so as you suggested I have downloaded the older driver and it seems to have helped to gain some fps gonna watch the performance for couple more days just to be sure :)
thank you

No problem.
