gpu upgrade probleme !!!

hi guys i just bought an XFX r9 270x ! i want to insttal it in a lenovo e20 thinkstation ! i wanted to replace it with an invidia quadro 600 ! i also replaced the psu with a 600w 80+bronz ! the broblem is when i pluged in the GPU & also its 2*6 pin connector from the psu , the pc didnt start even the company logo witch is "IBM" logo but all the fans are turning but the pc dosent boot up ????? please help guys

Maybe that card is not supported or bad. If you go back to the old setup does it boot?

yes it does after changin to the old gpu but the vender told me that he have tested the gpu and it worked fine si there anything i can do with the bios settings or what ?? please help me please

You could check Lenovo's web site for a bios update that may add support for this card. If that comes up short you may need to pose the question to Lenovo support for a determination. From what I know about R9 card is they may not work without a UEFI bios.

i recently did a researche on lenovo's website i found an update and i applied it it but nothing new ! till no i didnot post a qstn in lenovo's website !
ps: on the cover of the gpu is tays it has a UEFI bios ready !! does that mean anything to you ?
