Okay, so, i have this setup right now, im considering buying either a GTX 1050Ti or GTX 1060 3Gb edition, im wondering is its more worth to buy the GTX 1060 3gb than the GTX 1050Ti 4GB to play on 1080p, right now i have a 1366x768 60hz display, so i shouldnt worry too much about resolution, but my goal would be eventually buying a 1080p Display.

So, te questions, GTX1050Ti 4gb or GTX 1060 3Gb?

in most benchmarks i see that the GTX 1060 3gb beats the GTX 1050Ti even with less Vram, should i be worried about having just 3gb of Vram?

i mean, as of right know i have survived with 1gb, playing all the new games in low to medium settings, my goal would be play at high-very high.

My current setup:

CPU: INTEL I5 4570
GPU: ZOTAC GTX 560 TI 1GB
MOBO: MSI H81M-P33
PSU: SUPERFLOWER 750W
RAM: 8GB DDR3
CASE: GENERIC GARBAGE

The 1060, even the 3gb version, is in a class above the 1050 Ti. So if you have a choice, it's really not a contest, get the 1060. Memory amount isn't always the most important thing.

You have a decent i5 too, so you will eventually get the benefits of the 1060.

you would still have a enjoyable experience with a 4gb1050ti @high 768p RIGHT NOW if you want. not saying its a bad card. use the 50$ youd save now towards a 1080p monitor and new tech gpu coming in the late summer.

4th quarter releases of new cpu's and gpu's will make your 4thgen cpu seem positively slow anyway.
