Motherboard: Gigabyte Aorus X870E Elite WiFi 7
RAM: G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo 32GB DDR5 6000mhz cl30
CPU: Ryzen 7 9800X3D

Sometimes when I start my pc it's starting to boot up but then it stops when the Aorus logo shows on the screen and shows error code 4d and red lights on boot dram. It does just stay so until I restart the pc and after one or two tries it doesn't show 4d and works fine.

I have the newest bios and I have tried with one stick at a time and one of them was a bit wierd so I am thinking it may be one of the ram sticks but both of them are a bit wierd but one more than the other. I am not sure but when I checked the ram sticks for any damage I maybe found a very tiny small bit missing on one of the sticks pins or what you call it that is gold.

I have tried to stress test the gpu and cpu and its fine and I have done memory test (windows) and it did not find any problemds. I have also tried with expo of and at 4800mhz and it did not stop the pc from getting error code 4d. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this or find which part in my pc to return if broken?

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Define weird.

Might want to pass on images of what you're referring to. There's only so much you can convey with words that you need to use other forums of media to illustrate what you're experiencing. Host your images on a site akin to Imgur, then pass on a link here. Inspect the CPU's socket for any bent or broken pins. Relieve the mounting pressure on your cooler.

In order to do this you will need a donor system(borrow, not buy) and move over one part at at time to see if the issue is alleviated.

You state having the newest BIOS version, have you tried clearing the CMOS and see if that alleviates the issue?
