GPU upgrade will it work with my build?

hello im wondering if i can run a gtx 1080ti strix with my set up my specs are...

(Currently gtx 1070 strix)
I7 6700k
16GB RAM 3000mhz
Z170 pro gaming motherboard
850W evga platinum PSU

i was just wondering firstly if my psu can handle all of that without it being to much.
secondly i was wondering if that GPU will connect to my power supply? I am new to the pc world so any help will be appreciated.

Yes, that 1080 Ti will fit in just perfectly. There should be NOTHING to worry about it here.

As long as your PSU has two 8-pin (or 6+2-pin) PCIe plugs, you are good.
